(More customer reviews)I own a 2001 ford focus ZTS, clearly listed as one of the cars this is made for. Well it arrived, and I put it in and when I went to roll up the window the first time, it was 2 inches short of being closed all the way. I called customer service and they told me that since I wasn't a professional I messed up the install (how you can mess up the install on this I have no idea). Well I did what they told me to and went to my local ford dealer and paid them $75 to look at the install job I did and the part. Sure enough, the part was wrong for my car and the dealer said I did everything by the book and couldn't believe the seller of this blamed the install. Needless to say, they left me waiting over 2 weeks before issuing a refund for THEIR MISTAKE AND FAULTY PART! SO I had to bag my window with duct tape and ruin the finish on the rubber around my window. They also refused to pay the cost of taking the car to the dealer to confirm something I already knew. Spend the extra few bucks and by the OEM replacement, not this cheap made in China piece of garbage. You will save yourself countless hours of labor and time fighting with them on the phone if you just do it right the first time. The service was so bad from this company I filed a BBB complaint.
